Refund / Cancellation Policy
We want returns and cancellations to be straightforward. You can request a cancellation before dispatch by contacting support with your order reference; if the order has not been processed, we’ll confirm cancellation. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a short description so we can arrange a replacement or refund. For unwanted items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Return shipping costs for unwanted items are normally the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and checked. To start a return, contact support and we’ll provide the return steps and reference. Please pack items securely to prevent damage in transit; damaged returns may be refused or partially refunded. If a refund is approved, we’ll process it within a reasonable time after inspection and notify you by email. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
