Delivery is designed to be predictable and easy to understand. We dispatch orders on business days from the United Kingdom. At checkout you’ll see an estimated dispatch window and a typical delivery range; times can vary during peak periods. Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive a confirmation reference. If your address changes after you place an order, contact support as soon as possible so we can advise what is still possible before dispatch.
